Dear Beloved Church — These past several weeks have been very troubling and heart breaking. As we have witnessed in the news and on social media, the topic of racism has led to heated discussions…

Greetings BSBC friends! In the midst of shifting sands and related uncertainties, it is a relief to know that TheStreet remains very much open for business, although in ways that are more creative than we ever could have thought!

I have to admit that scheduling recording sessions and the dates for their release is a bit of a challenge for me. Trying to remember that people will be watching things at a later date (after the editing and posting has been done) makes it hard to center your thoughts to give the ‘right word’ at the ‘right time’.

Hi Fellow BSBC'ers, Last month one of our Pastoral Staff, (the one with the least amount of hair), said that because of my age he was now going to call me "3/4 McLellan". Following up with the fraction idea, today is approximately 1/2 way between Mother's Day and Father's Day, and the "stay home virus" has me focusing on God's provision of parents and a family.

Hello from my apartment! This week is likely to be a significant one in the ongoing development of returning to “normal.” With previous weeks having brought expanded bubbles to some of us and to others a renewed sense of the need for safety and to stay isolated. It seems to me that there are challenges and joys that come with every step of our societal journey towards “normal.”

Greetings Dear Church! How strange these days have been, complete with a snowstorm in May, which is not totally uncommon for us, I suppose!

Greetings BSBC Friends: Taking a break from homeschooling this week (to be honest, it is my wife who does the real work, but I am on stand-by as an unpaid consultant and motivational specialist), I had a spare moment and stumbled into Psalm 100.

Today was a bit of a sad day. You see, today I gathered up my individual sheets of choir music and returned them to the choir room so they can be filed away for another time. All the songs many of you were supposed to hear over Easter and into the spring.

Greetings BSBC Brothers and Sisters
Since 1964 when I first started dating my soul mate, I've totally wanted to be with her 24/7. Now, in 2020, God is granting my wish by having us "stay home" until this virus is brought under control.
