Pastor Greg
TIM & DIANE BANNISTER
Please be in prayer for Tim and Diane Bannister as they have transitioned from Fredericton to Saint John. Diane has accepted the position of Medical Director at Quispamsis Shannex. Tim will continue to work with his mission agency – MissionGO (missiongo.org) – from Saint John. For the last couple of months Tim has also been preaching on Zoom for the Burtt's Corner Baptist Church. Please pray, as well, for Diane's dad who will miss having them live in the same building where he resides.
CHARLIE RITCHIE
As of November, Charlie will be on staff with Pathfinders Fellowships Canada. Through this past year he has been processing alignment issues with the Navigators and have prayerfully proceeded with the transition to this new organization.
Charlie writes: Pathfinders was founded by Ross Rains, a previous director of the Canadian Navigators to facilitate ministry in house church communities. On the Board of directors is Jim Klaas, an ex-Navigator missionary to Argentina. He along with his wife Naomi led Betty and I to Christ when we were in university. Also on staff is my long-time friend and ministry colleague, Ragnar Oborn, who helped Betty and I start up our first ministry assignment at the University of New Brunswick 30+ years ago. Transitioning to Pathfinders is like coming home. I respect these men and their wives and the vision they embody and feel it a privilege to co-labor with them.
The ministry in Vietnam is now completely online until I can return when COVID restrictions are lifted. I have daily meetings via Zoom with 3 different ministry pools.
CHARLES & SARAH MILLETTE
This week, Charles is on the west coast of our nation, following up and strengthening the word started this summer. Charles latest email asked for prayer:
For Sarah and the Kids – for a joyful return to home schooling as the NB schools are closed for a little longer.
For Charles – as he spends a week in rainy Surrey, BC as of November 8 to (1) reconnect with local churches from the summer camps, (2) to deepen the relationship with trained coaches, (3) to meet new pastors who are interested in sports ministry
