Easter Sunday at Brunswick Street Baptist Church
JOIN US AT 8:30 A.M. FOR
Easter Sunday Pancake Breakfast
We know that Jesus regularly gathered around the table with his disciples, so on his day of resurrection, we will, too. The menu features: pancakes and syrup, hot cross buns, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea — all served in the gym. Please make a reservation by Thursday, April 6 at 5 p.m. to help us prepare.
Breakfast will end at 9:30 a.m. so that we can set up the Gym for worship, but don’t worry, we’ve planned some fun activities for you in between!
JOIN US AT 9:30 A.M. FOR
Easter Sunday Morning Group Gatherings
Between breakfast and worship, we have two special events. The first will be in KidzTown for children and families. Pastors Ross and Nikki are planning games and activities for a joy-filled time.
For those who might not be able to take that much excitement, please gather in the Family Room for an Easter video and activity.
JOIN US AT 8 A.M. FOR
Easter Sunday Celebration Stations
Meet us in the sanctuary for scripture and prayer before visiting our Easter Morning Celebration Stations, on the first floor of the Family Life Centre.
At each station, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in an action that affirms the implications of Jesus being alive for us! Pastor Ross and Pastor Nikki will be your hosts. Then you can head to Gym for breakfast!
JOIN US AT 10:30 A.M. FOR
Easter Sunday Worship Celebrations
Our Easter celebrations in the gym and sanctuary will be brimming with joy! 1 Peter 1:3 says: Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Expect services of praise, thankfulness, and — given what this day means — the possibility of a new birth into a living hope. We’ll welcome music from members of The East Coast Brass. “Christ the Lord is risen today! Alleluia!”
